Ok sure, from the picture below you may be able to substitute sugar free candy since it does exist. THEY DO EXIST!! But I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. Sugar free peeps are the devil and he will emerge from your asshole only 1 peep and 2 hours later like a volcano of diarrhea. Good luck with that!!
